Our project is based on individual culture. The flight strategy is the only one that has to work perfectly otherwise we will never reach our desired point in the future. Once we define the landing point – our social, economic, business objective – the following choices become strategic. First of all, the skills and training of the people who direct the operations. The skills and training of the people who drive the flight tool. The materials to be used will be fundamental, but above all, the social and ethical message we want to develop and apply.
The objective of each flight is the return, which represents the most delicate phase of each mission. Each of us, everyday, must be able to return to our family satisfied and healthy.

The aircraft is the main instrument for G2M. We help you build it or improve it if you already have one. The Updating of your vehicle will determine the cultural change of your company. The ergonomic sequence of actions promoted by the new vehicle will make all actions promoted by its crew strategic. An involved, prepared crew put in a position to have and understand their responsibilities, will create favorable conditions for the continuous search of the success for the sake of the company and never for their own profit. The crew will receive appropriate training to replicate within their natural family. The sense of belonging and the pride of being part of a professional family with a high human profile will do the rest.
To us Flight is the metaphor of training: it must be punctual, customized, simple and never too institutionalised and invasive. The landing of the aircraft will be authorized only when there are the best conditions and when the landing field is ready to accommodate the already determined strategic innovations. After completing the mission, the strategy of return is as important as every phase of the mission.
G2M will make the first station usable, which for us represents the workplace.
The first station is also the most difficult to reach, but once reached it will become the permanent base to start other projects, other initiatives and other resources.
