Valueship must be the object of interest of the Top management, which, by collecting the company value trails, it compares them with those of individual managers of the business processes.
This exercise creates a true alignment between personal and corporate values. Indeed, the shared values are the initiators of that specific social identity in which the company and the individual tend to recognize themselves. Their spokeperson is the Valuer.
A person with great leadership skills who consciously releases a trail of values in which he identifies himself and others recognise it. He teaches these values, he acts as their spokesperson and applies them within its strategy of work and life.
